Refund Policy

1. Booking Advance

• An advance payment of AED 50 is generally required to confirm an online booking.
• The advance payment is deducted from the total rental amount.
• Refund eligibility depends on the applicable cancellation conditions.

2. Booking Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation before their scheduled rental start time.
• Cancellations made sufficiently in advance may qualify for a refund.
• Late cancellations may result in a partial refund or a non-refundable booking advance, subject to the booking conditions disclosed before payment.
• Where a customer voluntarily cancels an eligible booking, actual non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund, provided the deduction was disclosed before payment and is permitted by applicable law.
• Customers will be informed of the applicable refund amount.

3. No-Show Policy

• Customers are requested to be available at the agreed vehicle delivery or collection time.
• If a customer fails to arrive or cannot be contacted within the applicable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
• No-show bookings may be cancelled without a refund of the booking advance, subject to the disclosed booking conditions and applicable law.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are normally processed within 3–7 business days.
• Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
• Actual refund times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
• Where applicable, any permitted deduction for non-refundable payment processing fees will be based on the actual fee incurred and disclosed to the customer.
• Customers will be informed if additional processing time is required.

5. Vehicle Unavailability & Company Cancellation

• If AMJDrive cannot provide the confirmed vehicle or an alternative accepted by the customer, the customer may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable service.
• If AMJDrive cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund will be provided.
• No payment processing fee will be deducted from refunds resulting from AMJDrive's cancellation or inability to provide the confirmed rental service.

6. Booking Changes

• Customers may request changes to their booking dates, vehicle, or delivery location.
• Changes are subject to vehicle availability and applicable price differences.
• Any additional charges or refunds resulting from booking changes will be communicated before confirmation.
